What a safe, clean, and comfortable experience. You will rest well on the bed with soft pillows. The TV was the right size for the room space. I enjoyed the breakfast spread to start the day. The staff was polite and professional to make this an enjoyable stay- God bless!
Room was very clean, the hot tub was great! Close to restaurants, Starbucks and not far from downtown town. My only complaints are they started texting me and emailing me at 8:07 am which woke me up to see what time I would be checking out! Check out was 11am! So much for sleeping in a little bit. I would stay again but would request they did not text or email me if possible. They only gave us 3 towels that were not very big for 2 adults. That was supposed to be used for shower, hot tub and pool???
Great customer service. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Perfect location. Very quiet and safe. Small parking lot that doesn't connect to other locations and no drive behind the hotel ensures safety for families checking - Only thing i wish I could have changed was more than 2 towels in the bathroom and an extra blanket in the room. We could have called down and gotten extra but we got in at midnight and once everyone was getting in bed for the night it was to much of a hassle to get dressed and go down to the front desk.
Had a great two night stay. We did request a change of rooms after the first night - we were by the ice machine and other guests were using it late which kept us up but the staff was helpful in moving us. The breakfast was great. Pool was warm. Gym was also wonderful. For the price, it was everything we were looking for.
Very clean, close to the Ruoff Center and restaurants. My only complaint is the staff is hard to track down. We had to wait awhile to check in and no one was at the front desk every time we walked past it. But overall, I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.
Rooms are nice enough. Nothing spectacular but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk was friendly. Location was great. Plenty to eat and do in the area.
Nothing wrong with this hotel. A little pricy for a quick 10 hour stay, but rooms were fine. We didn't take advantage of breakfast. I wish it was open until 10. Closes at 9a
